Safe use & care
- Use and store only in dry conditions, away from water. Do not operate with wet hands.
- Fully charge before first use. Never use while charging.
- Keep the air inlet and outlet clear and hair away from the intake.
- Keep away from children, pets, high temperatures and hot car interiors.
- Do not use near flammable gas, sprays, paint thinner or other flammable substances.
- Clean the vents regularly without sharp objects, alcohol or chemical detergents.
- Stop using immediately if the device overheats, smokes or behaves abnormally.
The built-in battery is non-replaceable. Follow the supplied manual for full operating and safety instructions.
Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped with Aramex Store-to-Door, which takes about 8–11 business days after dispatch. Standard delivery in South Africa is R89, and delivery is free on orders over R1000. You'll get an Aramex tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns & warranty
You can cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging (return shipping is for your account). Every product has a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects: if it's faulty you can choose a repair, replacement or refund, and we cover the courier costs.

How do I operate it?
Long-press to start at speed one. Short-press to cycle through speeds two, three and four. To switch off at speeds one to three, long-press; at speed four, short-press.
How do I charge it?
DustPro charges by USB-C. Fully charge it before first use, and never use it while it is charging.
Does it have a light?
Yes. Double-click to switch the built-in light on or off.
